What happens after you write to us
We read every enquiry personally. There is no ticket system, no chatbot filter. Here is the typical sequence:
- You receive an acknowledgement email within a few hours.
- A senior engineer reviews your message and, if needed, asks one or two clarifying questions by email.
- We schedule a 30-minute video call (or phone call, if you prefer) to discuss scope, timeline and budget range.
- Within five working days of that call you receive a written proposal with a fixed-fee discovery sprint and an estimated range for the build phase.
If we think your problem is better solved without AI, we will say so. We have referred clients to simpler rule-based solutions or off-the-shelf software when that was the honest recommendation. Building trust matters more to us than winning a single project.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with startups or only large companies?
Both. About 40% of our clients have fewer than 50 employees. The key factor is not company size but whether you have enough data (or a plan to collect it) to make a model useful. We are happy to assess that during a free initial call.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes. Send us your standard NDA or ask for ours and we will sign it before the first call. We handle sensitive data regularly and understand the need for confidentiality.

Do you offer remote engagements?
Absolutely. About half of our active projects are fully remote. We use shared repositories, weekly video stand-ups and a shared Slack or Teams channel to keep communication tight.
